Kay Hickey is a registered dental assistant and is currently employed at a general, family practice in Wayzata, Minnesota.  During her career, she has worked in clinical practice, instructed in a dental assisting program, and has been active in the Minnesota Dental Assistants Association.  Kay’s inspiration to write dental health books for children can be attributed to her young patients and their families in which she serves.  Kay resides in Maple Lake, Minnesota with her husband, Pat and their son, Ross.
